A Meeting of Minds

CEO Club Poland offers members a nurturing international environment for the global management and exchange of ideas for individuals specifically in the real estate sector.

The club also offers an efficient distribution of transnational business resources, multi-cultural experience for operational experience and individual growth sharing, and an opportunity for more freedom for individual member development and involvement.

 

Founder and President

The founder and president of the Chief Executive Officers Club Poland (CEO Club Poland) is Robert Fletcher.

Robert Fletcher is both CEO of Roberts Publishing Media Group and a founding partner at the company in 1995. Since the company’s inception, he has been in charge of all aspects of sales and marketing the company, along with establishing offices in new countries. RPMG now operates out of Prague, Warsaw, Budapest and Bucharest and it continues to look at new opportunities.

Robert has also been the driving force behind the company's expansion from simply publishing CIJ -- the market-leading property magazine in Central and Eastern Europe -- to organizing a wide array of events around the region.

These include CEDEM CEE, begun in 2000, which is now a well- recognized, branded property conference held in Prague. Offshoots of this successful conference (CEDEP, CED-Invest, CEDES and CEDER) are held in Warsaw, Budapest, Bratislava and Bucharest where they have also attracted a loyal and growing following.

Another of Robert's brainchild’s has been the CIJ Awards, which take place in the same cities as the conferences. At them, prizes are given to the best Office, Residential, Retail, Industrial and Best Overall projects in the respective countries. Regionally, over 1000 people attend these awards each season.

Finally, Robert has spearheaded the successful PLP Program, a professional education series of seminars and lectures aimed at upper and mid-management property professionals who are committed to improving skills and knowledge. This program is currently active in Hungary, Poland, Romania and the Czech Republic.
